Here is the solution when you have a catalog, price book, or other multi-page document, and need your logo printed on each page - put it in the header, or footer.

File / Page Setup / Header/Footer / Custom Header and select the Left section.  With your cursor in the Left section, click the picture icon (which is the next to the last icon on the right, and looks like Mt. Fuji with a red ball over it.)  Clicking the picture icon will open a window so you can browse to the image you want to have displayed.  Select the image and click Insert, then OK, and OK again.  To view, click File / Print Preview.

It's best if your image is already formatted to the size you require, before you select it.  But, you can adjust the size, and other attributes after it is selected and in the header.  Go back to the Custom Header / Left section and then select the Format Picture icon (which is the last icon on the right with the picture of a paint can and brush.)  The Format Picture window opens and you can select the changes you want to make.

Another caution, some bmp files could make your file size very large.  Compressed files like JPG, or PNG will provide good resolution and add very little to your file size.
